KODIF provides AI customer support for ecommerce brands.
Kodif is an agentic cx platform that puts ai agents on routine support tickets like order status, returns, and subscription edits, resolving them end to end without a human. For tickets that still need a human, it drafts replies, pulls order context, and runs macros to cut handle time. Fits Shopify brands with enough ticket volume that a chunk of the queue is repetitive operational questions.
What Kodif does for Shopify brands
- AI agents resolve order status, returns & subscription edits end to end
- Routine tickets never touch a human, cutting cx headcount cost
- Co-pilot drafts replies & pulls order context on human-handled tickets
- Auto-executed macros cut average handle time on the non-deflected queue
Overview
KODIF sells an AI agent for ecommerce customer support. It answers customers by email, chat, SMS and social, and takes actions such as refunds, returns, and subscription changes inside the merchant's existing tools. It is meant to resolve support tickets, handle subscription cancellations, and answer pre-purchase questions.
For Shopify brands
- Connects to Shopify to edit orders and issue refunds, and resolves customer tickets inside the helpdesk the team already uses.
- Lets the support team write policies in plain language and test them against past tickets before they go live, without engineering work.
- Handles common post-purchase requests such as order status, lost or damaged packages, returns, exchanges and cancellations with pre-built playbooks.
How it works
The CX team describes policies and agent behavior in natural language, connects its tools, and tests the agent against simulations and past conversations before it serves customers. KODIF compiles the policies into executable steps and shows each action and reason in a trace. A demo is a 30-minute session using the brand's own integrations and data.
