Overview

TalentPop provides dedicated, trained remote staff to e-commerce brands, mainly for customer service across email, chat and social channels. It also supplies executive assistants, marketing assistants, influencer marketing specialists and e-commerce sales associates. It is meant to give a brand support coverage without the team hiring and training agents itself.

How it works

TalentPop recruits an agent matched to the brand's desired personality traits and skills, then trains and manages them. Onboarding takes about 2 weeks. The brand pays per hour for each agent on a month-to-month basis.

Pricing

Charged per hour per agent, month to month with no contracts. Rates run from $14 per hour (20-29 hours a week) down to $8 per hour for 25 or more agents, plus a one-time $500 staffing fee per agent.
