Overview

Peoplevox is now sold as Descartes Peoplevox and is owned by The Descartes Systems Group. It is a warehouse management system for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands. It covers receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns and inventory tracking, and addresses problems such as overselling, mis-shipped orders and rising warehouse labour costs.

Direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, from Shopify-only brands handling up to 200 orders per day to brands handling 1,000+ orders per day, including fashion, health and beauty, fitness and footwear.

Pricing

Monthly tiers: Shopify Essentials from £1,500 (up to 200 orders per day), Growth from £3,315 (over 200 orders per day), and Enterprise on custom pricing. Zone picking, order management and AI forecasting are optional add-ons on Growth and included in Enterprise.
