J&J Global Fulfilment (James and James Fulfilment Ltd, part of the QLS Group) is a third-party logistics provider that stores, packs and ships orders for eCommerce brands from fulfilment centres in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia. It also offers ControlPort™, its order management software, and a UK Parcel Service for brands that fulfil in-house. The website jamesandjames.com now redirects to ecommercefulfilment.com.

For Parcel Service, the brand links its store, imports orders, prints labels from one dashboard, and J&J collects the parcels, takes them to its sorting centre and prepares them for last-mile delivery.
