Cart.com provides unified commerce and logistics solutions for B2C and B2B companies.
Overview
Cart.com sells a unified commerce platform that combines fulfillment and logistics, commerce services such as marketplace management and growth marketing, and government logistics. It is meant to replace several separate vendors for fulfillment, marketplaces and marketing with one connected system, so a brand can see inventory, orders, customer data and performance in one place.
For Shopify brands
- Syncs Shopify Locations with Marketplace Management fulfillment centers, so Shopify orders are fulfilled as defined in Shopify and inventory quantities update at the matching locations.
- Runs pick, pack and ship, returns, kitting and bundling, and custom packaging from its own network of fulfillment centers.
- Manages marketplace selling, growth marketing and customer service alongside fulfillment, so a brand works with one provider across these areas.
How it works
A Shopify brand connects its store in Marketplace Management under Settings > Integrations, selects Multi-Location, and maps each Shopify Location to a Marketplace Management Fulfillment Center or imports it as one. After the brand confirms the mapping, quantities sync between Shopify and Marketplace Management, and the mapping can only be changed by removing and reauthorizing the Shopify integration.
